Songs...Stories...Games...Fun Time!

With Christ in my vessel I can smile at the storm
smile at the storm, smile at the storm
With Christ in my vessel I can smile at the storm
Until He guides me Home.

Straw Relay!

We were all tired after the fellowship but we praise the Lord for the opportunity of ministering to these children. The youth were very flexible, they adjust as the needs arises.

The children were excited to come back for our next extension class.

I will post our second extension class next week. Our Christmas celebration for these children will be on the first week of December.

Bo. 3 Baptist Church Extension Class

Hello everyone! It took me months to update our blog. Before we started our extension class, we had out youth students trained for children's ministry through Child Evangelism Fellowship. We want our youth to know how to handle children effectively. While doing this, we are also teaching them how to become good Christian student leaders and as we embark on a new task God has given us, we praise the Lord for allowing us to learn many things as we take part in the ministry that He has entrusted to us.

Please continue to pray for our youth leaders and the children that we minister. As adults, we help them plan for the children's ministry but we also allow them to take part in ministering to the children, this way, they learn as they do the work.

We have decided to have our extension class every first Sunday of the month. We started our first extension class last September 2, 2007. We prepared invitations for the children.
We invited the children to come at 2 pm but as early as 12:30 ara na sila, they are so excited.

Those who arrived early were asked to draw kung sin-o nagapalanga kag palangga nila. They gave their drawings to their parents pagpuli nila.
