We praise God for the opportunity of sharing His Word through these 13 young kids. It is our prayer that God will continue to use this ministry to reach out more children For Christ.

"A hundred years from now it will not matter what my bank account was, the sort of house I lived in, or the kind of car I drove...but the world may be different because I was important in the life of a child."

Praises, Prayer & Thanksgiving

1. Since we opened new Sunday School classes, we need more classrooms for our children. We were able to build two additional kubo but we need to build 2 more. As of now, some classes share one classroom. It is our prayer that God will provide our needed funds for our additional classrooms. We praise God for providing for the needs of the children, the Sunday School Materials, crayons, pencils and scissors.

2. We also praise God for the donor of our new hymnals. These hymnals have greatly helped us in our worship service, prayer meetings and special numbers. God is trully a great provider.

3. On June 2006, we will start our discipleship classes and youth afternoon fellowship. Please pray that God will continue to give wisdom, strength and protection to the teachers as they prepare for the work. We will be needing funds for the photocopy of our resources. Praise God for giving us the Bible Study materials that we need in order to equip His children. Please pray for the members of this church, that they will commit to their personal Spiritual growth.

3. We praise God for friends and relatives who continually support us in prayer and financial resources.

Ministry Updates

When we started attending this church, they only have a Sunday preacher. Later, we learned that they no longer have their Prayer Meeting, their Sunday School is inconsistent, sometimes they have a class, sometimes they don't. They no longer celebrate the Lord's Supper and for almost 10 years, they have no Baptism.

Our barrio churches needs help. We have felt and seen their love for the Lord but they need someone who will guide them and teach them. They need people who will share their lives and love to them.

God led us to this church to help them. But as we go on serving God through them, I realized that being in a Christian community is a two way process. We help them, they help us. We need each other.

Later, we were able to bring back our midweek prayer meeting every Wednesday and our cottage prayer meeting every Friday. Last January, we were able to baptize 21 souls.

Last February, we also celebrated our Lord's Supper. We were able to open four Sunday School classes for Children. Later, we met to discuss our visions and our missions. We stated it in Ilonggo so that all members can understand.

"Isa ka Iglesia nga nahugpong sa paghimaya sa Diyos, maid-id nga nagatukib sa Bibliya kag madasigon nga nagsangyaw sang kaluwasan nga may mapag-on nga pagpamuno kag supesyente nga kagamitan."

Our Mission:

Pagtukib: Maid-id nga pagtukib sa Pulong sang Diyos para sa mabungahon nga paggamit sa mga hiyas.

Pagpamuno: Mapag-on kag mahigugmaon nga pagpamuno para sa mapuslanon nga espiritual kag pisikal nga pagtubo.

Paghugpong: Mainunungon nga paghugpong para sa kadayawan sang Diyos.

Paghimaya sa Diyos: Mahimayaon nga pagsimba para sa bug-os nga kadayawan sang Diyos.

Pagsangyaw sang Maayong Balita: Madinasigon nga pagsangyaw sang Maayong Balita sa Kaluwasan sa tanan nga katawhan.

Simbahan: Pagpaumwad sang pisikal kag Espiritual nga aspeto sang Iglesia.

Kagamitan: Pagsangkap sa Iglesia sang nagakaigo nga kagamitan para sa epektibo nga pag ministeryo, sa tanan nga katawhan.

"Paghimaya sa Dios sa tanan nga aspeto sang amon personal nga kabuhi, sa tagsa tagsa ka pamilya kag sa bilog nga Iglesia."

Inside the Church

We praise God for the new family He gave us. Finding a congregation of Christians who will trully love you is hard to find these days. But God is gracious, He allowed us to finally have a Christian family who will support us and love us as we continue to serve Him.
